Description:

Attached is an SLF4JLoggerFactory analogous to the commons logging and log4j factories. SLF4J does not support programmatic level setting, so setLevel() is a noop. This should not cause any problems with correct configuration. I added 2 maven dependencies, versions to be moved to parent pom (did not know how to do that properly).
