Issue Type: Bug Bug
Affects Versions: 8.1
Assignee: Unassigned
Attachments: error.txt
Components: jdbc
Created: 06/Sep/12 11:43 PM
Description:

We have some attributes that need to store absolute file paths. Just passing the file path give me the error in the attached file. It seems to be related to the backslashes in the string since escaping them seems to solve the problem.

Is this something that we should handle on our side? Or should this be handled internally by the datastore?

Environment: Win7
Project: GeoTools
Priority: Major Major
