A simple change can change this behaviour (if intended?):

In JTS#transform(Geometry, MathTransform), change:

final GeometryCoordinateSequenceTransformer transformer = new GeometryCoordinateSequenceTransformer();



to:





GeometryFactory fac = geom.getFactory();
    	final DefaultCoordinateSequenceTransformer csTransformer = new DefaultCoordinateSequenceTransformer(fac.getCoordinateSequenceFactory());
        final GeometryCoordinateSequenceTransformer transformer = new GeometryCoordinateSequenceTransformer(csTransformer);
