Justin, the change to MemoryDataStore getBounds [GEOT-4258] seems to flip the axis order in LabelObstacleTest.testLineWithGraphicStroke. This currently causes this test to fail if perceptualdiff is installed. https://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOT-4268
