Description:

To debugging HTTP requests easily we could have an HTTPClient implementation called LoggingHTTPClient.
It should delegated calls to a given HTTPClient and when the FINEST logging level is enabled in "org.geotools.data.ows.httpclient" it should log URLs requested, POST Request Body, and Response content.
