Release is cut, but i am having issues with the upload to osgeo maven
repo... not sure where the problem is, i remember this from before. I think
that server might not be all that reliable, but it guess the problem could
be on hudsons side. Anyways, continuing to try.
Anyways, in the meantime if someone wants to sanity check the main
artifacts they are up here.
