Description:

The SDOOnlineTest class was last seen in the origional oracle plugin. While the SDO utility class was copied over the test was left behind in GeoTools 2.4.

I have restored this class, and hooked it into the new test fixture setup code in order to feed it a live oracle connection to work against.

The class only needs the connection to correctly create STRUCT objects (it does actually create or modify the database in any way).
