Hi,
Davide (cc'ed) has been making a number of pull requests lately
with good quality and tests (contentFeatureCollection.isEmpty optimization,
dpi rescale visitors, wfs store, filter splitters bugs, referencing build
fix,
and he's now working on a SDONN function wrapper for Oracle)
Davide did a google summer of code with uDig working on neo4j,
already got commit rights on GeoServer, and I'm now proposing him
for commit rights on Geotools.
