With GEOT-4325 factory method available JDBCDataStore base classes can now support the use of ReferencedEnvelope3D.

The OracleDialect in particular needs to avoid the use of geometry.getEnvelopeInternal and process the coordinate array by hand to produce a correct 3D bounds.
