Hi,
I was trying to setup the code so that it can validate WCS 2.0 documents,
but
right now it seems mission impossible due to OGC's handywork with Xlink
and deep GML 3.2.1 changes...

Basically, the validation of a WCS 2.0 caps document fails because WCS
refers GML 3.2.1 via the gmlcov schemas, and the GML 3.2 schemas
we have in the classpath are still referring to the old XLink stuff,
and do not look at all similar to what 3.2.1 is.

Indeed, GML 3.2.1 seems a lot simpler than the GML 3.2 we have in the
classpath.
Compare this:
https://github.com/geotools/geotools/tree/master/modules/extension/xsd/xsd-gml3/src/main/resources/org/geotools/gml3/v3_2
with this:
http://schemas.opengis.net/gml/3.2.1/

Where did all the schemas in gco,gmd and so on go? Those are the fellas
referring to xlink btw.

Anyone knows what happened there?
GML 3.2 wise, what should we do, keep this version of GML that is not
available anymore
on the OGC site, or try an upgrade to 3.2.1 simpler setup?

Cheers
Andrea
