ImageMosaic currently supports TIME and ELEVATION dimensions.
It would be great to support custom dimensions like, as an instance, WAVELENGTH, POLARIZATION, ..., MYDIMENSION (Let's call them additional Domains), in order to allow selecting elements of the mosaic by specifying a value for these domains.
Being custom domains, (different datasets may specify different domains), we need to allow the reader to expose the dynamic parameterDescriptor sets, based on the underlying available domains (which may be specified by adding an additionalDomainAttributes element in the indexer.properties).
