Current FidFilterImpl.evaluate() implementation iterates through all the Identifiers in the "fids" Set. Rendering is much faster if the Set.contains method is used instead.

This patch was already tried by Andrea here[1], but it broke the build on geogit module. However, no support for that module regarding this issue[1] has been heard since then, so maybe it is time to consider kicking out that module out of the build.
