Hi,
just like in GeoServer land, I'm trying to fix up Jira in preparation of
the beta release
tomorrow (so that we have changelogs for what we have done).
With the advent of github and pull requests people are forgetting
very often to open jira tickets for their work, or open them but forget to
close them.
This happened on GeoSever as well, but the stubborness of some about not
referring their work to a jira ticket in their commit messages it making it
"mission impossible" in GeoTools land.
I'm doing my best, but I'm 100% sure I'm going to miss something important
here,
if you could please double check stuff that you worked on is in the
changelogs,
that would be appreciated:
