See the attached picture (consecutive-arcs-problem.png). Red squares in the picture show regions, which are erroneously determined. Orange polygon is how it should be (official view from database using Marushka map server - http://marushka.geostore.cz/en/ - http://sgi.nahlizenidokn.cuzk.cz/marushka/default.aspx?themeid=3&&MarQueryId=2EDA9E08&MarQParam0=2382776101&MarQParamCount=1&MarWindowName=Marushka), grey polygon is calculated via Geotools parser. I am attaching a small demo program (gml-visualizer-1.0.0-sources.jar), taking the input GML (consecutive-arcs-problem.xml from resources), parse it to JTS geometry and visualize with JMapFrame.
