Wondering, what about the UniqueVisitor, isn't that already running
distinct?
I'd like to understand how what you're proposing is different,
and whether maybe it could be served by another visitor that gets
recognized by the JDBC.
Not that hints is wrong, but I'm wondering if we can get the result with
something that we already have, or with something very similar to what we
already have.
