Hi folks,

Semi recently folks may have noticed maven complaining about failing to
resolve dependencies containing timestamped snapshot version numbers. It
seems that maven 3 ignores the uniqueVersion of a repository definition and
hence any deploy job on the hudson server that uses maven deploys with
unique version.

This is mostly a problem for projects that depend on GeoTools but it is
annoying enough that i am going to revert back to maven 2 for deploys on
the build server unless anyone objects.
