Document is updated with file path information, making it a lot easier to
review. I have taken the questions I am not in position to answer (such as
DB2 code with IBM all rights reserved header ) to the email list.
Aside: That one is serious enough to drop the functionality from the
current release cycle until resolved.
We have around 90 questions:

> - Q: OpenGIS, 500 missing headers? Q: probably the auto geneated code
