Preflight testing:
- user-guide: checks out okay, performed spot checks on the eclipse
quickstart and the versions looked correct
- api-docs: I think there was a warning about switching to Java 7 (or
running a post build script) to fix a security problem
- project: README.html contains links to "latest", we will need to switch
these to "stable" for the final release
