1+ to deactivate/delete i18n mailing list. I found an entry for the list in
the confluence wiki (http://docs.codehaus.org/display/GEOTOOLS/Mailing+Lists)
but not on the getting Involved page (http://geotools.org/getinvolved.html)
so I assume nobody is using the i18n list anymore. I could update the
first but who can admin the mailinglist itself (
