Description:

Transforming coordinate from EPSG:27572 to EPSG:4326 works accurately with gt-epsg-hsql
but with gt-epsg-wkt, the coordinate is shift by 300 meters.

It appears to us that the cause of this is that the TOWGS84 parameters is missing in gt-epsg-wkt data.

(Side note this was difficult to diagnose as the TOWGS84 parameter doesn't show in the WKT representation returned by the toString of CoordinateReferenceSystem when EPSG:27572 is loaded from gt-epsg-hsql)
