Ah,
a nice detail about this build server:
* the build is parallel (-T2), so it's faster
* the build is incremental, it only builds the modules affected by the
commits, and those depending on them
* the build is started by a github trigger, so it starts almost right away

For example, I've merged a pull request from Niels about fixing some filter
parsing in XML modules, literally
5 minutes later the build box was done with it, and was already building
geoserver too:

I find getting quick feedback is a "good thing" (TM)
