Hi,
the random fill support has been on trunk for a few weeks now without
causing
troubles, so I would like to back-port it to the stable branch.
Now, the unwritten rule would be to wait a month, which still hasn't passed
(the
deadline would be Nov 4th), but I believe it's better to backport sooner
and see
if there is any issue in the stable series, instead of waiting and
discovering
eventual troubles closer to next month release.
Not that I expect any, the random fill support is pretty well factored out
in its
own support classes.
