I'll get Sphinx installed.I found RST files on Github in
geotools/docs/developer/docs. Would I create a new RST file like
"unsupported_modules.rst" or add my content to index.rst, welcome.rst,
reference.rst or tutorial.rst?
After the RST file has been created, what is the typical documentation
workflow? I suspect I build the HTML file from Sphinx and then it gets
uploaded to the web server?
Thanks.
