Description:

If I create a new feature entry in a geopackage via DataStore.createSchema() the bounds are not set. It probably makes sense to use the bounds of the crs (if available). You can use CRS.getEnvelope() for this.

Also, after adding features with FeatureStore.addFetaures() the bounds are not updated.
