I see you are the author of the H2 datastore factory.
These days I have investigated on a "timeout trying to acquire a lock"
issue (https://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOT-4629).
I think I have found a solution which may require supporting the MVCC param
reported in this JIRA.
When you have some free time, could you review my pull request and comment
on that flag (I think you are more familiar with it)?
