Fails locally in maven and Eclipse in a pthe with spaces.

Looks like a b0rked File/URL conversion; for example, just before 
failure, ogrSourceName is:
/home/car605/geoserver/src%20with%20spaces/geotools/modules/plugin/ogr/ogr-bridj/target/test-classes/org/geotools/data/ogr/bridj/test-data/shapes/statepop.shp

Note the incorrect %20 in the file path.
