Here is a puzzle, I am untable to compile our "javadoc" project under Java 7
and eclipse due to Tag and Taglet being missing.
Has anyone else run into this one?
While the build box has swapped over to Java 7 (thanks Justin) we have a few
documentation fixes to make before we can announce the transition on the
GeoTools blog.
