Possible blocker. This commit has been backported to 11.x and 10.x, but it breaks geoserver-master: https://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOT-4795
I can deduce that this is the cause of this Blocker, but the failure is not seen on geoserver 2.5.x. Needs urgent investigation in case it breaks GWC: https://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOS-6485 My question is: do we have better unit test coverage on geoserver-master or a unit test that needs to be fixed?
