I would ask to you if I can upgrade the *ImageIO-Ext* version from *1.1.9*to
*1.1.10* on the *master* branch of *GeoServer*, *GeoTools* and *GeoWebCache*
.
The release does not provide any additional feature but contains only a
minor bug fix for the PNG encoder (see the JIRA fixed for the 2.5.x branch
of GeoServer: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOS-6454).
I would also backport this upgrade on the *11.x* branch of *GeoTools*.
