I get "usual cross platform" failure out of rendering:

LabelObstacleTest.testExternalGraphicNoObstacle:195 expected:<0.0> but
was:<1.0>
I would like to ask for help via a Linux / Windows test to verify this
release is actually as expected? I do not think we back ported our "font"
fix to 10.x series.
