There is code in NetCDF Reader initializing the ImageLayout by setting a SampleModel using DataBuffer.TYPE_DOUBLE as dataType.
We should setup that dataType checking the underlying NetCDF Variable dataType instead, setting DataBuffer.TYPE_FLOAT is the Variable is Float as an instance.
This will result in creating a proper sample_image when doing a NetCDF mosaic, avoiding some potential issues with dataType mismatch
