Hey, Travis here. I made note last week that I'll be beginning to
contribute to geotools. I see I should sign the Code Contribution License
<http://docs.geotools.org/latest/developer/procedures/contribution_license.html>
agreement since I'll be making more than a minor change - however I see it
listed as a txt file. Do I just need to write in my info? Seems odd to call
that a digital "signature" to me - could hack it into a pdf format but that
seemed strange to do as well.
