When fixing ContentFeatureSource during the Property NG module migration,
it was discovered that events were not properly handled.
While this is too late for the geotools release, I have now attempted to
fix this issue here: https://github.com/geotools/geotools/pull/701
It turns out that ContentState was sending events to all listeners (on the
same transaction as well as others) for both commit and rollback.
I have also fixed and improved ContentFeatureSource test cases dealing with
events.
