Yeah, I understand it is too late (or supposed to be) for the current
series. It's not critical to me to have it in this release, but certainly
for next time. If the rules are bent and it's allowed in though, I'm okay
with that too. :)

For the code coverage, it seems to be about 70-80%, which I believe clears
the 40% threshold required by GeoTools easily.

I am working on making proper documentation for the module now, although
the ContentDataStore tutorial already covers quite a bit. I'll add it to
the Pull Request I linked shortly.

I believe the only thing I should have left is testing the module
integrated with geoserver (which should be fine, since most of it was
backported from their branch). Also, any feedback on the
tutorial/documentation I've written is welcome.
