Downloaded and noticed a small glitch, not enough to hold things up but
something to keep in mind for the next maintenance release.
The README.html file contains links to "stable" rather than "maintenance".
I know the geoserver docs <http://docs.geoserver.org/> have been setup with
maintenance and stable, not sure we successfully published that way for
geotools.
