Hi,
I've just noticed that we should have cut RC2 for the GeoTools 13.x and
GeoServer 2.7.x
series today.
There is indeed not much for the changelog:

I believe last time we also skipped the RC2 due to lack of resources.
Shall we make this "stable" and change the release schedule to avoid the
RC2, and just wait a month
between RC1 and final?
On a related note, March 18th we should cut the final, 2.7.0... but I'll
still be travelling that week, no
chance I can help with a release before the very end of March.
Do we have other volunteers?
