I'm definitely still interested in helping transition geotools' artifacts
to maven central. I was looking more at it yesterday and found additional
issues that we can work around.
I was hoping to put it together on the proposal wiki with recommended paths
forward soon with the idea that FOSS4G NA next week is a great opportunity
to discuss the next steps. I'll work on the proposal and send out
something when I have it updated.
