Changed nothing in GeoTools, but added the module
https://github.com/utaddei/geotools/tree/12.x/modules/unsupported/tile-client
State is: working (tests/.../TileViewer.java shows it). Most classes have
decent javadocs. Junit test coverage is fair. Some original code I left
untouched, because (1) it was working and (2) I first needed a set of tests
to build confidence and understanding. I have implemented for the
OpenStreetMap family and for Bing (which was my original requirement).
Support for other Tile Services may now come. However, from your side I
need some code review and a basic some sanity check, and access to the
wiki, so that I can write some implementation notes before I forget what I
did.
Please let me know how to proceed (pull request, etc?)
