Interesting thing came up with Recode, Categorize and Interpolate - they do not all work with Date.
-
Recode: should work on anything that does equals. So while it could work Time it would do better when checking Date
-
Categorize: should work on anything that can do less / greater comparisons. So we expect it to work with Date and Time.
-
Interpolate: should work on anything ... that can be considered numeric?
What would we need to do to make Interpolate work with Date? Perhaps convert it to a long so we can get the relative durations. Or can we work with durations directly (comparing the interval duration to the provided date and getting a percentage).
