Ah yes, I can see that now. The error is strange, it seems it is starting
with a dirty JNDI context and failing to replace an entry, or something
like that:

As you, I could not reproduce the issue, even trying to build other modules
before postgis. And what's a bit weird is that the equivalent H2 test,
using the same base class, works.
Tried to add a context cleanup instruction to teardown in that test
yesterday, but it did not fix it.
Truly weird...
