Thanks Travis, the source build worked fine for me (and the README links
were correctly pointing to stable).
I juggled the table of contents around (no files were moved only the
presentation of the index):
* http://docs.geotools.org/stable/userguide/
And put in a couple placeholder pages for new modules:
* http://docs.geotools.org/stable/userguide/unsupported/css.html
* http://docs.geotools.org/stable/userguide/library/data/solr.html
I did not really have time to figure out the solr page :(
