I have updated SQL Server to use the latest microsoft driver, and it is
running tests now. We are getting one test failure:
Tests run: 2, Failures: 0, Errors: 1, Skipped: 0, Time elapsed: 0.926
sec <<< FAILURE! - in
org.geotools.data.sqlserver.SQLServerDataStoreFactoryOnlineTest
testCreateDataStoreWithDatabase(org.geotools.data.sqlserver.SQLServerDataStoreFactoryOnlineTest)
Time elapsed: 0.47 sec <<< ERROR!
java.io.IOException: Schema 'ft1' does not exist.

I have also modified the template fixture to use the default MS SQL Server
port of 1433:https://github.com/geotools/geotools/pull/797
Oracle should be working shortly; I am just getting the newest oracle
driver (ojdbc7.jar) on Jenkins.
