I got SubstractFromConst to work by changing
},SUBTRACT_FROM(13, 0, false) {
to
},SUBTRACT_FROM(13, 0, true) {
in
https://github.com/geosolutions-it/jai-ext/blob/master/jt-algebra/src/main/java/it/geosolutions/jaiext/algebra/AlgebraDescriptor.java#L1095
Still not sure why AddConst is throwing an error.
