CircularString, CompoundCurve, MultiCurve are probably line elements
(gtype=2002/2006).MultiSurface and CurvePolygon are probably polygon elements
(gtype=2003/2007)
What elements are CompoundRing, CircularRing? Line or polygon? Probably they
are subelements of polygons but cannot occur on their own in Oracle/Postgis
geometry?

You should add CircularString, CompoundCurve, MultiCurve, CompoundRing,
CircularRingin 13.x, and in 14.x I'm also adding MultiSurface and CurvePolygon
(as I'm addingsupport for PostGIS curve geometries).
Do you have time to update the docs?
