You mean gt-xsd right?
Might be annoying, we need XML schemas and WMS 1.1 is DTD based... there
are tools to do the conversion.
And as usual, it's quite a bit of work to generate the EMF model, generate
the bindings, fight until they work... something
that needs funding imho.
