As per today's meeting I would like to adjust our roadmap plan based on the
lack of release candidate feedback. It is kind of up to the PMC if we
handle this on the email list, or if you would like me to write up a
proposal.
The idea is to issue a beta in July, an RC1 in August and the Release in
September.
This moves the feature freeze back a month and drops us down to one release
candidate.
