Getting some feedback in the form of questions on GeoTools 14-M0. I handled
them last time (when there was 400 questions). This time I figured I would
share with the PMC since it our responsibility to watch for this stuff when
accepting changes.

We have not been able to locate applicable license information related to
the
Prisme content. As such, did Olivier contribute this content to Geotools or
did Geotools reach out to the author to gain permission?
2. GridCoverage2DRIA.java - Indicates it was "Copied and adapted from
WarpGeneralOpImage". Can you help us understand the origin of the original
content and applicable license?
3. RasterLayerResponse.java - Contains a comment of, "we take this apart to
steal some val". Can you help us understand this comment?
4. JavaCharStream.java - Indicates; "An implementation of interface
CharStream". What is the origin of charstream.java? If its the GPL file,
can
you please confirm that no derivative work has been created.
