Andrea, the most recent successful build of geotools-master-online was 
with skip.on.failure=false, so your JNDI fix works for all enabled jdbc 
online fixtures (postgis, oracle, and, mysql (and h2 of course)).

The sqlserver jdbc online fixture is still disabled. The last time it 
was enabled I saw what looked like a non-JNDI failure:
"Caused by: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: The app 
domain with specified version id (9300) was unloaded due to memory 
pressure and could not be found."
