We have a couple outstanding tasks:
4. Documentation changes
* API change make a note upgrading page.
* Update the user guide with code example
The update page is here

not sure where you would like to put a code example? The geotools style docs
<http://docs.geotools.org/latest/userguide/library/render/style.html#raster-symbolizer>
are very light on code examples and I would like to ensure we capture new
features in a format suitable for cut&paste web searches.
I should also make a new diagram for the style

page.
