Hi all,
I understand the 15.1 release is delayed while the PSC sorts out some
issues. If Andrew provides a small fix for this issue, could it be
considered for inclusion in the 15.1 release?

ExtractBoundsFilterVisitor fails to handle a DURING filter within an
AND filter
for example... AND(BBOX, DURING) ...
I'll put up a PR soon.
